Hello Elsa Fuentes with the Fuentes Team is periodic and this video is just to let you know that

WE DO REPRESENT BUYERS ON A NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME

we have been representing buyers for many many years and we've been successful atgetting them to the closing.

Tony and I we always make sure to pass by the construction site, just to keep you updated and how the new constructionis going. The good thing about this is that, you, the buyer, do not pay extra for the property because you brought your realtor the builder is the one who pays the real estate commission.

We always, like every week, we put key information together and keep our files updated on any new construction communities. For example, we always know who's paying how much for closing cost, who is paying how much for incentives, we always have the information and on floor plans and also prizes.

So give us a call if you are looking or thinking to buy a new construction home in the next few months then we'll be able to share a lot of information with you.

Remember this is your friendly neighborhood real estate agents, The Fuentes Team!
